Refund policy

Returns

Returns must be made with-in 7 working days of receiving the item. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customised items and made to measure garments are neither exchangeable or refundable.

Unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and an EFT payment will be processed within 5 days.

Shipping

To return your product, we will book a courier to collect, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
